Mansory spruces up the Rolls Royce Ghost Series II

RR 1

German luxury tuning company Mansory kicks things up a notch as they add more flare and power to the recently unveiled Rolls Royce Ghost Series II.

Right away, one can see that the car’s exterior was treated with a two-tone color combination, with Mansory’s example consisting of a red and gold hues. The body was fitted with a new front apron that features larger air inlets and optional LED daytime running lights. Carbon fiber was also extensively used as the hood is now from the composite material along with the wings.

The rear also gets a different apron which houses an integrated diffuser and stainless steel exhaust pipes. Also present at the back is a subtle rear spoiler that provides downforce at high speeds. Topping off the exterior package is a set of Mansory silver monoblock cast 22-inch alloy wheels wrapped in Vredestein tires that measure 265/35 at the front and 295/30 at the rear.

Inside, the color combination seeps into the cabin and while Mansory did not provide specifics, they did state that the interior can be individually tailored to one’s liking. Combination trims include leather, Alcantara, wood, carbon fiber and aluminum.

Under the large hood, the 6.6-liter turbocharged engine now produces 652 PS and a torque pull of 1050 Nm, eclipsing the stock figures of 570 PS and 780 Nm. The boost in power was made possible with the use of a new exhaust unit and an optimized ECU. The added horse and pulling power now enables the car to sprint from 0 – 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 280 km/h, thanks to the use of a Vmax delimeter.
