Kahn Design reveals Flying Huntsman 105 pickup

British-based engineering company Kahn Design has revealed the Flying Huntsman 105 pickup during the Great British Land Rover Show at Donnington Park in Leicestershire, England.

Based on the Land Rover Defender 90, Kahn Design adds 381mm to the vehicle’s standard 2286mm wheelbase. The hood of the pickup increased by 400mm while the body gets wider by 150mm.

Modifications done by Khan Design includes an extended wheel arches, stainless steel step board, side vents as well as ventilated hood and fenders. In addition, the pickup gets a new front bumper and 18-inch Defend 1945 Retro wheels with a Matt black finish.

The company didn’t provide an interior shot of the Flying Huntsman 105 but they said that it comes with an upholstered center glove box, passenger dashboard, grab handles, door panel inserts, instrument binnacle, roof headlining and sun visors. Kahn Design goes on by saying that the pickup comes with two sports seats.

The Flying Huntsman 105 is equipped with a 2.2-liter diesel engine which sends power to all four wheels through a button-operated six-speed automatic transmission. The power output ratings are not released by Khan Design but, the British company said that the pickup comes with an upgraded brake and suspension.
