ABBES, a tuner based in Luxembourg, recently revealed the tuning program for the new C7 Corvette Stingray.
Finished with a silver paintjob, the car is styled with a bodykit that consists of a front spoiler, side skirts, rear wing, new rear bumper and a rear diffuser was styled in a way that blends beautifully with the lines of the Corvette according to ABBES.
Engine modifications done to the 6.2-liter V8 include a compressor, a high-cooling system and an optimized ECU. No official PS and torque ratings were provided by the tuning company.
To cope with the added power, ABBES fitted a new braking system that was developed in-house. Lightweight two-piece aluminum slotted disc rotors were used and are paired with Ferrodo high performance brake pads that ensure optimal braking at any temperature.
Lastly, a coil-over suspension system from ABBES gives handling improvements. It is a fully-adjustable system that can tweak height, stiffness and preload springs. For those that want more adjustable settings for the suspension, ABBES can also provide a version of the coil-over system with an external oil tank with separate dials for compression and rebound.
